However, shipping times and reliability vary greatly in the rest of the world.  Orders may be held in your country's customs office for 3-4 weeks and that's why shipping takes longer for non-USA customers.  Some countries experience a high rate of lost/stolen mail as well.  Please remember the following:

• Provide a local phone # during checkout so your post office can find you
• Use an address that has received international mail before
• International shipping is slower, riskier and more expensive
• In most cases, it won't be worth the cost to ship returns internationally

International countries do not carry over the tracking # after customs.
