Refunds

TL;DR:

Store credits or cash depending on the case.  Be nice :)

 

Refunds:

  • Store Credit - For minor issues such as bad fits, sizing, slightly slow shipping, or general unhappiness
  • Cash - Only for major issues that are like, 100% our bad.  Send pics tho.

Not Pushovers:

  • To prevent returns abuse, we reserve the right to refuse cash refunds for rude people or suspicious cases
  • To prevent credit card fraud, we report fraudsters and hold orders to security checks

No refund / credits for:

  • Discounted items (Sales, Discount Codes, or Promotions are all final sale)
  • Lost / Stolen mail; all items come with proof of purchase and tracking information.
  • Order Cancellations made after 6 hours of ordering.  Our system will automatically ship your order within 6 hours.
  • Measurements that are only 1" off the described; we measure everything by hand and depending on how the fabric folds and stretches, individual pieces may reach different measurements.

International customers: 

  • Lost / Stolen mail is common for some countries; please ensure you have received mail at your shipping address previously
  • Cost of shipping and taxes is extremely high for international addresses, so please pick your size carefully
  • Please read International section in Shipping
